| Advanced Interactive
Systems focuses on the many developments in GUI Interface design and programming,
together with advanced Internet technologies like XML, XSL, CSS, DOM, DHTML
and Multimedia.
For GUI design, The
Java Abstract Windowing Toolkit (AWT), SWING and the remaining components
of the JFC were introduced.
The coursework was
to work in a group, designing and implementing a web site for a fictitional
travel company. The web site can be viewed here.
The web site received
an A+.
